• #12 Flat brush
• Stencil tape
• 11” x 14” Wood plaque
• 11” x 14” Wood frame

• Waverly Inspirations Fat Quarters - Links, White/Poppy

Instructions

1. Stencil floral design as shown on a 10” x 7” section of navy dot fabric.
   • Tip: For some of the flowers, stencil the entire design with White and then basecoat all inside areas with White to create a basecoat. Let dry. For these flowers then stencil the same stencil design over the white area as shown. Let dry.
2. Apply a light coat of Mod Podge to the fabric piece and let dry. Also apply Mod Podge to a section of Red and White fabric. Let dry.
3. Cut the floral fabric into a 9 ½” x 6 ½” square. Cut several stripes 1 ½” x 14”.
4. Paint the wood plaque with White Chalk Paint and let dry.
5. Paint the frame with Ocean and let dry. Paint the second coat with White and let dry.
6. Sand frame to reveal some of the blue and create a distressed finish.
7. Using Mod Podge apply the fabric as shown to create a flag pattern. Let dry.
8. Insert plaque into frame as shown.
