Instructions

1. Squeeze a large amount of Ice Queen paint onto a paper plate. Using flat paint brush from the Large Brush Set, paint large white clouds onto black cloth surface. Let dry.
2. Squeeze a small amount of Don’t Be Jelly and What it Dew fabric paints onto a paper plate. Dip the foam brush from the Large Brush Set into the fabric paints.  Apply on top of the white clouds to blend.  Let dry.
3. Remove stencils from sheet and stick onto the fabric surface.
4. Dip the bottom of the heart paint sponges into the Bearbear Texturific paint.  Offload some of the paint.  Pounce gently over the open areas of the stencils.  Be careful not to go over the edges of the stencil.  Let dry completely.
5. Turn fabric to back side. Press and steam with a hot iron to activate the texture effect.
6. Using round brush from the Large Brush Set, topcoat the puffed stenciled designs with Kiwi fabric paint.  Let dry.
7. Using angled brush from the Large Brush Set, topcoat smaller areas with Celestial glitter paint.
8. Let dry completely.
9. Heat set with an iron before washing.
