Small frame, Scissors, Scrapbook paper, Foam paintbrush, Detail paintbrush, Wood witch hat, Hot glue, Burlap scrap, Glitz yarn, Rhinestones, Fake spiders
Instructions
1. Cut strips of scrapbook paper to fit the front of the frame. Apply Mod Podge Gloss to the backs, position onto the frame, smooth with your fingers, Allow to dry. Top-coat with more Mod Podge if desired. Add multiple layers of papers if you wish. Cut a piece of paper to fit inside the frame, paint an initial on the paper. Highlight with gold Extreme Glitter.
2. Paint the hat Metallic Black and add accents of gold glitter. Using Hot glue, attached embellishments to the hat. Hot glue the hat to a corner of the frame.
3. Hot glue embellishments to the frame.
PROJECT TIP:
This project is perfect for recycling old frames – don’t worry about them all matching.
