• Circle templates

Instructions

1. Print out the “Happy Holiday” label and snowflake tag designs from the downloadable art. Cut out.
2. Paint the lid in Deep Ocean Blue and let dry.
3. Cut a ½” strip of coordinating scrapbook paper to go around the inside of the pail. Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge Sparkle over strip.  Let dry. Flip over and coat reverse side and let dry.
4. Place strip inside pail.
5. Lay the label and snowflakes onto scrapbook paper and trace around leaving a decorative edge with your circle template. Cut out.
6. Apply the label papers to the top of the pail lid can using Sparkle underneath and topcoat. Let dry.
7. Layer the snowflake tags onto the scrapbook paper with Mod Podge Sparkle. Let dry.
8. Cut out the snowflake tags, hole-punch and thread each string.
9. Make two small string pom-poms and tie to the snowflake tags.
10. Place cookies inside the tin can.
11. Tie the snowflake tags to the handle.
