  • Faux fall leaves
  • Floral wire
  • Wired ribbon 
  • Rake
  • Drill and small drill bit

instructions

  1. Choose your colors and paint your surfaces. (Rake, wooden letters and wooden plaque.)
  2. Once the rake is dry, attach faux leaves to it using floral wire. 
  3. Use Mod Podge Outdoor to attach the wooden letters to the front of the wooden plaque. Allow the letters to dry for an hour. 
  4. Attach the wooden plaque with the letters to the rake by drilling two small holes into the front of it. Once you’ve created the holes, fish the floral wire through and tie the plaque onto the front of the rake. 
  5. Tie a bow using the wired ribbon then use floral wire to attach it to the rake.

Cool colors are all the colors on the Green and Blue side of the color wheel. Yellow, Yellow/Green, Green, Blue/Green, Blue, Blue/Purple, Purple are all cool colors. All colors on the color wheel can be both warm and cool except Orange.
Transparent colors are thinned with medium or water to create a wash or a glaze of color that you can see through to the underlying surface.
