Wood flat frame, Foam paintbrush, Low-tac painters’ tape, Gems, Gem glue, Canvas fabric, Sharpie, Detail paintbrush, Hot glue, Trim
Instructions
1. Paint the frame with Warm White paint. Apply 2 coats and allow to dry.
2. Apply painters’ tape to the frame to block off areas and expose a stripe design. Using a sponcer paintbrush, dip the brush into Pink Balloon paint, tap off the excess and pounce up and down in the exposed areas. Remove the tape and allow to dry. Repeat this process with the Metallic Sequin Black paint.
3. Cut a piece of canvas fabric to fit inside the frame. Doodle a flower with a sharpie and paint over it with Metallic Sequin Black paint.
4. Glue gens to the center of the flower and to the top of the frame. Hot glue trim around the outer edge of the frame.
PROJECT TIP: Create plaid patterns by overlapping the tape in different directions.
