instructions

Mix resin according to instructions on packaging.
Mix resin with 2 drops of red and 2 drops of blue ink in individual cups.
Mix resin with 2 drops of red and 2 drops of blue in one cup to make a dark blue.
Tape the back of canvas along the edges to keep the resin from running on to back.
Pour clear resin over entire canvas.
Pour red resin onto the center of canvas followed by the dark blue and light blue.
Allow the clear to show next and then start again with the dark blue. Continue the pattern.
Once all the colors are poured run the toothpick through all the color starting in the center and moving it outward to the edge. Repeat around the entire canvas.
Use the torch to remove any bubbles.
Allow 24 hours to harden.

Yes, Mod Podge Resin can be applied to a surface in layers. The second layer can be applied once the first layer has set. This could be one to two hours, depending upon the humidity level and temperature in the room.

Can I use a mold when working with Mod Podge Resin? And what types of molds work best?

Mod Podge Resin works best with all types of molds. Some molds like a silicone mold will not require a mold release agent, while other types of molds made of plastic polypropylene or polyethylene sheet plastic will require a mold release agent
