Other Supplies

  • Thrifted Chandelier
  • Wire cutters
  • E6000 glue
  • Twine
  • Wooden unfinished beads
  • Scissors
  • Thin black wire

instructions

  1. Remove all the wiring from the light fixture.
  2. Paint the Chandelier, the clay pots and saucers with Licorice.
  3. One dry glue the pots to the saucers with E6000.  Once the glue has dried, glue the pot and saucers to the chandelier.  Refer to photo for placement of the clay pots and saucers.
  4. Make twine tassels and string them together with 10 beads in between each tassel. Attach the tassels and beads under each pot using a thin wire.

Cool colors are all the colors on the Green and Blue side of the color wheel. Yellow, Yellow/Green, Green, Blue/Green, Blue, Blue/Purple, Purple are all cool colors. All colors on the color wheel can be both warm and cool except Orange.
Transparent colors are thinned with medium or water to create a wash or a glaze of color that you can see through to the underlying surface.
