Small wooden box, Striped Valentine paper, Pink and black flower paper, Black paper with white dots, Plain pink paper, Sand paper, Craft knife/ scissors, Wooden heart, Hot glue gun, Paintbrush

Instructions

Basecoat the box and heart Licorice. Allow to dry and then lightly sand the edges to give it a distressed look.
Cut paper to fit box using stripes around the sides and front and the flowered paper on top. Cut out a strip of the black paper with dots to fit across the top of the box. Cut out a heart slightly smaller than the wooden heart from the pink paper.
Glue papers to box as shown in photo using the Mod Podge. Allow to dry and then coat the entire box with Mod Podge. Allow to dry completely before using.
