Plaid Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of consumer products in the Craft and DIY category with national brands including Mod Podge, FolkArt, Apple Barrel, and Bucilla. We are a fully integrated in-house creative marketing team. 

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing strategic multi-channel marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role will work closely with the content, social, and ecommerce team along with product managers, graphics team, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing campaigns across all digital, social, email, and retailer channels to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Contribute to content strategies that reflect brand voice and goals.
  • Help guide the development of best in class, SEO driven copy to ensure optimization and strengthen search rankings and engage target audiences.
  • Interpret creative direction and technical information of products for consumer and retail marketing needs.
  • Provide reporting to analyze the success and efficiency of campaigns to calculate ROI for all activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and influence content creation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as content, ecommerce, and social media to ensure seamless project management and timely delivery across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers to aid in the development of compelling storytelling that illustrates the value and key features of Plaid products.
  • Marketing Copywriter reports directly to this position  

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business or Communications  
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience in a digital marketing, B2B and B2C function
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign development
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Project management skills to manage multiple marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Good eye for design and visual aesthetics
