What Personal Information do we collect?
When you interact with us through our Services, we may collect data, including Personal Information, from you or from other sources.
Data that we collect may be information that you directly provide to us, such as Personal Information you provide when you use our Services, or information that is passively or automatically collected from you, such as information collected from your browser or device. Information we collect from you
- Name and contact information, such as email address, postal address, phone number and other similar contact data.
- User credentials, such as username, password, password hints and similar security information used when you establish an account on one of the Websites.
- Payment and transaction data, such as credit card information, billing address, and details of your purchases.
- Device data, such as type of device, operating system and other software installed on the device, device settings, IP address, device identifiers and error reports.
- Usage data, such as the pages you access, items you purchase, your preferences and interests, and the timing, frequency and duration of your interactions through the Websites.
- Market research information, such as information you voluntarily provide in a customer survey if we contact you for market research purposes.
- Data provided directly by you, such as any information contained in the communications you send to us, including customer service inquiries, product reviews and other feedback regarding the Services.
Information we collect from other sources
We may collect some information about your transactions and activities from third-party partners that help us offer you our products and Services.
For example, we may receive some limited information about your transactions from Amazon when you make a purchase through the official Amazon shop of one of our companies or brands, or when you use a third-party payment gateway like PayPal to make a purchase.
These third parties do not share your payment and billing information or other account information with us.

How do we use your Personal Information?
We use Personal Information to manage and administer the Services and to meet our legal obligations. More specifically, we use Personal Information for the following purposes:
- To provide the Services, such as to create accounts, process transactions, respond to user inquiries, provide technical support, and comply with legal obligations.

Who do we share Personal Information with?
We may share Personal Information with trusted third parties to help us provide you with products and Services and to comply with our obligations, as set out below. We do not sell or trade any Personal Information we collect.
Within our group of companies. We may share Personal Information within our group of companies and brands (e.g., Paisley Crafts, LLC d/b/a iLoveToCreate and any other affiliated companies and brands such as Arteza) for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.
Service providers and business partners. We may share Personal Information with third-party service providers and trusted business partners, including service providers that we use to:
- Deliver our products and Services (including Amazon and Shopify, as well as catalog mail companies).
- Fulfill orders (including warehousing and delivery).
- Store and protect our data.
- Obtain advice from third-party advisers, such as lawyers and accountants.
- Conduct market studies and data analytics.
- Develop, host, monitor and operate our Services (including software and website development, website hosting, data storage, and management and evaluation).

We require our service providers to protect Personal Information shared with them, and limit their use and retention of it to what is necessary to provide services to us.
Advertising partners. We disclose Personal Information about your online activities (such as device, usage or location data) to our advertising and analytics business partners. We and our business partners use this information to perform analytics about use of the Services and deliver personalized ads to you. Our business partners may use the Personal Information we provide to them for their own purposes (including advertising) as well. Business transactions. We may also disclose Personal Information to other parties with which we enter or reasonably may enter into a corporate transaction such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, divestiture or asset purchase or sale.
Legal requirements. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your Personal Information in our records only as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as required to comply with applicable law, or to satisfy business or regulatory requirements. After this, we will securely destroy, delete or anonymize the Personal Information.
How is your information protected?
We maintain various physical, technological and organizational security measures designed to protect your Personal Information from theft, loss or unauthorized disclosure, use, copying or modification. This includes secure storage (physical and digital), passwords, encryption, secure file transfer methods and other electronic security measures.
Is your information transferred outside your jurisdiction?
We may transfer your Personal Information within our group of companies and brands or to our service providers or other trusted third-party business partners that may be located outside of your region or country, where it may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed. We use appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Information is protected no matter where it is used or stored.

How do we protect children’s privacy?
The Services are not directed to, or intended for, children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals in this age group.
INTERACTING WITH US ONLINE
Cookies and similar technologies
Our Websites use cookies, website beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about visitors to the Websites. Cookies are small text files that are automatically deposited on a visitor’s device (such as your computer’s hard drive or mobile device). Web beacons (also known as “pixel tags”) are electronic images that may be used to help deliver cookies, count visits, and understand usage and campaign effectiveness.

Google Analytics
Web analytics
Google Analytics collects information on user behavior on our Websites, which includes how many times a user visits our Websites, what pages a user visits, and where a user was referred from. Advertising identifiers for mobile devices are also collected. Google may use the data collected for its own purposes, including to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Hotjar
We also use Hotjar on the Websites to obtain user activity information and to optimize our services and user experience. California Residents
