Return and Replacement Policies

Purchases Directly from Plaid:
Plaid is proud of the quality of our crafting and home decorating products. Should anything you order directly from Plaid not meet your expectations, it can be returned with your receipt within 60 days of purchase from Plaid for a full refund of the product’s purchase price only. (Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.) The form to process your return will be included with your shipment.
Purchases from a Retailer:
If any of our products purchased through a retailer do not meet your expectations, please return the product to the retail store where you purchased the item and follow their return procedures. Your retailer can then return the product to us.
Kit component replacements:
If your kit is missing a specific component (instructions, sequins, cloth, floss, paint, etc.) we will be glad to service it. However, we can only service current kits and kits that have been discontinued less than one year. If your kit has been discontinued more than one year, we will be unable to supply replacement parts.
Need more floss for your Bucilla kit?
Bucilla counted cross stitch kits are designed to be stitched with 2 strands of floss, and each kit contains 20% more floss than is required to complete the kit as instructed. If you choose to use more than two strands, please refer to our DMC conversion chart showing Bucilla floss numbers and their DMC equivalent. This will give you a quick and easy way to obtain more thread for your kit. Just locate the Bucilla floss number on your instruction sheet and find its conversion on the table.
