Instructions
- Paint vertical stripes on two paper tubes using your favorite Apple Barrel colors. Let them dry.
- Paint a cloud pattern on ends of your paper tubes with White. Let them dry.
- Paint Glitterific over your cloud patterns and let dry.
- Hot glue the two paper tubes together and glue a piece of ribbon on the sides of your tubes.
