Instructions
- Basecoat your canvas with White and let dry.
- Map out your words with either stencils or a pattern and transfer paper.
- Cut out some letters from your scrapbook paper. Fill in some letters with paint and adhere some paper letters with Mod Podge.
- Sketch a string light pattern. Paint the string Black. Paint the lights with your favorite colors of Apple Barrel paint.
