Instructions
1. Waterdown Milk Chocolate and Black to make a stain.
2. Brush Milk Chocolate stain on first. Brush Black stain randomly over Milk Chocolate stain. Allow to dry.
3. Paint the anchor Blue Cloud. Attach tassel to anchor and glue onto frame.
4. Paint “Beach” at the top righthand corner of frame in Off White.
