Add 1” to the width measurement and 1” to the length. Cut your fabric to this measurement. Lay the fabric right-side down on an ironing board. Iron back the fabric 1/2” on the top and bottom edge. Iron back 1/2” on one end of the fabric.
Glue back the ironed sections with a small amount of fabric Mod Podge. Smooth with your fingers to remove and creases.
Begin on the bottom of the clock with the end of the fabric that was not ironed back. Attach the fabric to the outer edge of the clock with Fabric Mod Podge. Apply the Mod Podge to the clock and press the fabric onto the clock. Bend the fabric around the clock adding more Mod Podge as you go. When you reach the end, add Mod Podge to the ironed back section and overlap over the other end. Press to secure and allow to dry.
