Believe Ornament Plexi Sign

Instructions

1. Cut a circle out of your scrapbook paper. Adhere it to your plexiglass plaque with Mod Podge.
2. Use a flat brush to paint a bow on the top of your circle with Bright Green. Use a liner brush to outline the bow with Thicket.
3. Paint a few of the beads on the handle with Thicket and Cardinal Red.
