Instructions
- Download and print off Halloween line art images or use pattern from this project.
- Apply Antique Matte Mod Podge to Halloween images. Let dry. Apply a second coat and let dry.
- Cut out images and apply a third coat of Antique Matte Mod Podge. Press image to back of ornament and smooth in place. Let dry.
- Tape off back half of ornament and paint in with Pure Black. Let paint dry.
