Instructions
Download and print off Halloween line art images or use pattern from this project. Apply Antique Matte Mod Podge to Halloween images. Let dry. Apply a second coat and let dry. Cut out images and apply a third coat of Antique Matte Mod Podge. Press image to back of ornament and smooth in place. Let dry. Tape off back half of ornament and paint in with Pure Black. Let paint dry.
