Flip the basket upside down. Tape off the top portion of the basket and paint with Licorice
Dry brush the bottom of the basket with Wicker White. Create a triangle stencil out of painter’s tape. Stencil the triangle to the white section of the basket with Licorice.
Following the instructions for the pom-pom maker, create the different colored pom-poms.
Hot glue the pom-poms to the inside of the bottom rim as shown.
Follow the hanging light kit instructions to attach to the basket.
