Blue Cactus Binder

Instructions

1. Purchase and print clipart.
2. Cut out cacti and succulents.
3. Using the 5/8” small applicator, create a polka dot background onto front of binder with Atlantis paint.
4. Cut out two strips of cardstock and paint one with Wisteria and one with Princess Purple.
5. Mod Podge strips of painted craft paper to binder cover.
6. Mod Podge succulents/cacti clipart onto binder cover.
