Bucilla Hoop Delicate Lily Embroidery in Blue Frame

Instructions:

1. Mix a 2:1 ratio of water and Folkart paint. Brush the watered down mixture onto the surface. Before it dries, use a paper towel to wipe off some of the excess mixture and let dry.
2. Layer lace over your solid color fabric. Place into the embroidery hoop.
