Other Things You'll Need

  • Large wood birdhouse
  • Unfinished wood shape- butterfly
  • 2 pieces coordinating scrapbook papers

Instructions

  1.  Basecoat birdhouse and butterfly with Wicker White, let dry.  Sand lightly.
     
  2. Paint Butterfly as shown-body black, wings orange, let dry.
     
  3. Paint birdhouse with Steel Gray, let dry. Sand lightly to create distressed finish.
     
  4. Using wood shape as a pattern, cut papers to desired size to cover areas shown.  Apply papers following general directions on Mod Podge. Let dry.
