Instructions

1.Basecoat the frame of panel with Fire Coral. 
2. Basecoat the inside of frame with Ocean View. Allow it to dry. 
3. Cut out the pet from the pet photo. Apply Mod Podge to the back of the photo then apply it to the panel. Refer to photo for placement. 
4. Cut out the butterflies and the flowers from. Apply Mod Podge to the back of the butterflies and flowers then apply them to the panel. Refer to photo for placement
