Cardboard Cactus

Instructions

1. Draw a cactus shape on your cereal box. Cut out the shape.
2. Draw a garden pot shape on the other side of your cereal box. Cut out the shape.
3. Cut two individual pieces off of the egg carton. Trim them to create a flower shape.
4. Use a flat brush to paint the raw cardboard side of your cactus shape with Spring Green. Let dry.
5. Use a small liner brush to paint Caterpillar spikes on your cactus.
6. Use a flat brush to paint the raw cardboard side of your garden pot shape with Key West. Let dry.
7. Use a flat brush to paint the lip of your garden pot with Aquamarine. Use a small flat brush to paint stripes on your garden pot with Aquamarine. Let dry.
8. Use a flat brush to paint your egg carton flowers with Pink Eraser. Let dry. Use the end of your paintbrush to swirl circles in the middle of your egg carton flower with Bright Yellow. Let dry.
9. Use your hot glue gun to attach your cactus to your garden pot. Adhere your egg carton flowers to your cactus.
