Paint the wooden frame of the chalkboard in Bimini Blue. Allow it to dry then pounce dots in White, Pink Parfait, Bright Yellow, and Key West.
Draw a simple cake on a stand on the stencil paper. Cut on either side of the lines. Remove cut out pieces. Tape stencil in place on the chalkboard surface.
Using the stencil brush, stencil the cake White, the stand in Key West and the frosting accents in Pink Parfait, Bimini Blue and Bright Yellow.
Paint a turning cap in Bimini Blue and let dry. Glue cap to chalkboard underneath cake.
Label the tags January through December and list birthday dates and names. Hang from turning cap.
