Create a pitcher you can customize with FolkArt Chalkboard paint!
Instructions
- Wipe pitcher with rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt or dust.
- Basecoat the pitcher with Rich Black. Let dry between coats.
- Apply several coats of chalkboard paint allowing to dry between coats. When totally cured, rub the surface lightly with the side of a piece of chalk to condition. Wipe lightly with paper towel.
- Using a cup or other round household item, trace a circle with chalk onto pitcher.
- Use the round brush to create flowers around the chalk circle. Start your stroke at the outer end of petal and pull towards center.
- Create smaller flowers in same manner around circle using liner brush and Sage.
- Create dots in center of flowers using opposite end of paintbrush dipped in paint as shown.
- Add accent elements with chalk.
