Instructions
1. Apply a generous coat of Mod Podge to the top of the shelf. Lay the fabric onto the shelf and smooth down with your hand.
2. Apply Mod Podge to the edges and wrap the fabric around the bottom.
3. Remove any excess fabric with scissors.
