Remove hardware from drawers. Glue the two end of the drawers together with wood glue to make one big box.
Drill a pilot hole and then screw drawers together.
Basecoat with White Adirondack.
Stencil "Merrry Christmas" in Imperial in the center of box as shown in photo.
Pour some Rich Black to a plate. Dip the flat side of layering block into paint and then remove any excess onto a paper towel. Lightly glide the block along the box and the edges of the box to achieve distressed look. Don't be too heavy-handed. It only takes a little to get the effect.
