Print out the Sweet Wishes label and ornament tag designs from the downloadable art. Cut out.
Cut a strip of coordinating scrapbook paper to go around the tin can. Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge Sparkle over the can. Place the strip of paper and press in place with fingers. Topcoat with Sparkle.
Lay the label and ornaments onto scrapbook paper and trace around leaving a decorative edge. Cut out.
Apply the label papers to the tin can using Sparkle underneath and topcoat. Let dry.
Layer the ornament tags onto the scrapbook paper with Mod Podge Sparkle. Let dry.
Cut out the tags, hole-punch and thread each string.
Place the clear treat bag inside the tin can. Fill the bag with cookies and twist tie the top.
