Instructions

  2. Cut out decal along with a strip of Buffalo Plaid flannel.
  3. Attach the flannel strip using a decoupage brush and Mod Podge Fabric. Allow to dry.
  4. Attach decal using a decoupage brush and Mod Podge Fabric. Allow to dry.
