Instructions
Mugs: Wash and dry mugs. Separate napkins * most are 3 ply- remove layers, keeping only the top layer with design. Cut into a strip that will cover bottom of mug as shown. Brush Mod Podge onto mug and place napkin, smooth down carefully and let dry. Apply topcoat of Mod Podge and let dry. Treat Bags: Stencil designs as shown onto each bag. Let dry and fill with candy.
