1. Trim scrapbook paper to fit around the glass cylinder. Coat the cylinder with a layer of Mod Podge, place the paper onto the cylinder, wrap and press any air bubbles with your fingers. Topcoat with a layer of Mod Podge. Allow to dry.
2. Hot glue ribbon around the cylinder. Add a leaf and bow detail. Hot glue gems to the cylinder.
