Instructions
1. Tape off glass in clock. Spray prime the clock.
2. Using a foam paintbrush, paint the bottom edge of the clock with Navy paint. Apply two coats of New Leaf Green to side and top edge of the clock. Allow to dry between coats.
3. Spray with Pearl Glaze. Let dry. Allow to dry.
4. Using Hot Glue Gun Helpers and hot glue, attach velvet ribbon around the edge of the clock and rhinestones around the top edge of the clock.
