Measure circumference and height of tumbler. Measure, mark and cut out ten even sections of the coordinating papers—five sections of each—so that when applied, the top of the sections will be approximately 1 – 1 ½" from rim of tumbler.
Apply Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe to the back of the paper, one section at a time, and smooth in place.
Alternating papers, continue to apply Mod Podge to each section until tumbler is covered.
Apply Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe to seal papers, following manufacturer instructions.
Using your gift card to size the tag/gift card holder, cut white card ¼" larger than gift card. Cut colored card stock ¼" larger than cut white card stock. Glue white card stock on top of colored card stock, maintaining the ¼" border.
