Use a Waverly Inspirations wooden frame, watercolor paper, and Waverly chalk acrylic paint to create a fun accent frame.

Other Things You'll Need

  • Waverly Inspirations Laser Stencil, Big Wheel #60532E
  • Sandpaper
  • Desired Waverly Inspirations fabric
  • 4" x 6" piece of watercolor paper

Instructions

  1. Basecoat entire frame with Curry and let dry.
  2. Stencil design onto paper as shown with Curry and Stencil Brush.
  3. Cut Fabric to fit center section of frame as shown. Using Mod Podge finish apply fabric to frame as shown. Let dry.
  4. Paint outside trim of frame with Rhubarb and inside section with Ocean. Let dry.
  5. Sand frame to create distressed finish and expose the Curry color.
  6. Following basic instructions on Clear Wax, apply to frame (not on fabric section) Let dry.
  7. Insert stenciled art into frame.
