Lay your fabric pieces on wax paper and spray Mod Podge Ultra onto them until the fabrics are saturated. Let dry.
When the fabric is stiff, cut out the floral shapes. Since the fabric has been coated in Mod Podge Ultra, it will no longer fray.
Trace stencils or a print out of the word "GROW" onto your solid colored fabric. Cut out with scissors.
Spray a coat of Mod Podge Ultra onto the metal sign and place the fabric pieces where desired. Spray another coat onto the fabric pieces. Allow the sign to dry compeltely and spray another coat of Mod Podge Ultra if needed.
