Instructions
- Basecoat entire chair first with Bright Blue. Let dry completely.
- Using flat brush, apply Hard Coat Mod Podge to back of magazine or newspaper pieces you cut or tear out, and paste them to the chair in layers, a collage, or simply as you wish. Let dry completely.
- Sand the chair with sand paper. Remove dust. Using a clean foam brush, apply a top coat of Hard Coat Mod Podge over entire chair. Let dry completely.
