Instructions

1. Basecoat the turntable with Wicker White using the spouncer.  Allow to dry.
2. Remove the bottom layers of the napkin.  Cut the top layer of the napkin to fit the turntable sides.  Mod Podge the napkin to the turntable using the large flat brush.  Once dry, sand all the excess paper.
3. For the Plastic Modular Storage System, remove the bottom layers of the napkin.  Mod Podge the napkin to all sides of the drawer using the large flat brush.  Once dry, sand all the excess paper from the edges.  Add a topcoat of Sparkle Mod Podge.
4. Use the spouncer to add glitter to the small bin.
