Dessert Bar Skewer Mason Jars

Instructions

1. Remove lids from jars.
2. Wipe down the jars with rubbing alcohol and allow to dry completely.
3. Basecoat each jar, one with Summer Porch and the other with Vintage Victorian.
4. Apply two more coats, allowing paint to dry in between each coat.
5. Tape off the bottom third of the jars. Paint below the tape with White Adirondack.
6. Tape off ¾” stripe in between the White Adirondack and Summer Porch and paint Java.  
7. Repeat step 6 for the White Adirondack and Vintage Victorian.
8. Once the jars are dry, brush a coat of Mod Podge on top of painted jars. 
9. Paint the lid inserts White Adirondack. Once dry, sand the lid and then wipe off dust.
10. Cut out flowers and Mod Podge to the lid insert.
11. Cut out leaves from the paper and Mod Podge to the cardstock. Cut out the leaves from cardstock.
12. Apply glue to the back of lid inserts and glue to jar on top of the Java stripe.  Placing the leaves in between the lid and the jar.
