Add pop to your project with Dimensional Magic!
Instructions
- Cut out scrapbook paper to cover wood frame. Apply Mod Podge Satin to the back of the paper and position on frame.
- Topcoat with a layer of Mod Podge Satin. Allow to dry.
- Once dry, apply a thick coat of Dimensional Magic on floral details of scrapbook paper.
