DIY Bottle Opener for Father's Day
Give your dad something he will actually use when he opens a cold one. This DIY bottle opener is the perfect gift for Father's Day.
Instructions
- Cut one piece of the craft wood into two 4" pieces. Put three full pieces of craft wood side by side and glue the 4" pieces to the back.
- Once the glue has cured, sand the wood and paint with Imperial Red.
- Tape the diamond design with painter's tape. The bottom diamond point should be 1½" up from the bottom and the top point should be 3½" from the top.
- Paint the diamond with Adirondack.
- Cut the printable out and adhere to the center with Mod Podge matte. Allow the glue to dry. Finish the top with a coat of Mod Podge matte.
- Attach the wall mounted bottle opener to the board.
