DIY Custom Dog Collar
Put your personal touch on your pet's collar with Fabric Mod Podge.
Instructions
Cut a strip of fabric the length of the dog collar and three times the width. Apply Fabric Mod Podge® to back of fabric and fold around collar overlapping along inside edge. Smooth with fingers and let dry. Cut out any additional fabric embellishments if desired and apply to collar. Let dry. Apply several coats of Mod Podge® to seal. Attach chalkboard tag and personalize.
