Instructions
- Use your ½″ flat brush and Wicker White to paint the “lacing” of the football onto the treat bags. Let dry.
- Cut your turf paper in a zig-zag pattern (see project photo for reference).
- Use your 1″ flat brush and Mod Podge Matte to decoupage the paper onto the bottom of the treat bag. Let dry.
- Roll the top of your treat bag down about two inches.
- Cut out your foam finger picture.
- Mod Podge the picture to your poster board. Let dry.
- Cut around your foam finger.
- Seal with Mod Podge. Let dry.
- Hot glue your wooden skewer onto the back of your foam finger.
