DIY Glass Storage Jars with Vertical Murano Paint Strokes

Other Supplies:

·      Paper towels

·      Glass Canister Set

Instructions: 

1. Clean and dry cannisters.

Jar 1

1. Use brush to paint alternating vertical stripes of Black and White starting at various heights.
2. Set wet glass on elevated surface (bottle tops) to dry.
3. Let dry completely.

Jar 2

1. Basecoat the jar Deep Blue by applying the paint starting at the top of jar.  Gently tap the cannister on a soft surface and allow the paint to move down the jar.  Add more paint as needed.  Allow to dry for 24 hours.
2. Use brush to paint vertical stripes of Opaque White over the blue starting at various heights.
3. Let dry completely.
