This Mother's Day, make mom a beautiful flower bouquet that will never wilt with this handmade magazine flower pot design. Use Mod Podge to piece together colorful magazine pieces to create a faux bundle of flowers.
Instructions
- Cut different sized and shaped flowers from your magazine pages. Layer the flower shapes on top of each other with Mod Podge and let dry.
- Paint your to-go container with Pink Parfait and let dry.
- Glue your craft sticks on top of each other to create different heights among your flowers.
- Paint your craft sticks with Spring Green, Limeade, and Caterpillar. Let dry,
- Use Mod Podge to adhere your flowers on the end of your craft sticks.
- Cut slits into your sponge/Styrofoam to place your craft sticks in. Place your sponge/Styrofoam in your to-go container.
- Fold your tissue paper in an accordion style and then cut it into strips. This will act as your grass.
- Place your grass in your container.
