Paint lid of box Titanium White.
Place lid on box and lightly trace around bottom edge of lid.
Measure from pencil line to bottom of box for paper width.
Select paper and cut out referring to box width.
Measure depth of lid rim and cut paper.
Brush matte Mod Podge® onto one part of box and apply edge of paper band. Place wax paper over scrapbook paper and squeegee to smooth. Repeat process until paper is applied around entire box. If there is a gap between paper ends, cut a small strip from paper and apply vertically over gap for visual interest.
Apply paper strip to rim of lid. Repeat paper application if there is also a gap. Let paper dry at least twenty minutes.
Apply a coat of Extreme Glitter Mod Podge® over box and lid. Let dry before applying additional coats.
