Instructions
Take the frame apart. Place the backing of the frame onto the fabric and trace around the edges with a pencil and then cut out. Stencil on fabric with Plaster. Basecoat the frame Plaster. Allow to dry. Paint the sconce Plaster. Allow to dry. Glue the fabric to the backing completely. Hang the sconce from the backing on the frame.
