This DIY wedding table number is perfect for a destination beach wedding. Add your favorite beach colors to your reception tables for a cohesive look to your decor.

  • Downloadable shell art
  • Natural driftwood chips
  • 6" x 5" Plywood rectangle
  • Craft knife
  • Sandpaper
  • Hot glue
  • Copy paper
  • Clear packing tape

Instructions

  1. Basecoat the plywood rectangles with Real Brown. Allow to dry.
  2. Paint Jamaican Sea over the Real Brown. Allow to dry.
  3. Dry-brush Wicker White over the Jamaican Sea. Once dry, sand through all the colors so you can see a little of each.
  4. Paint the driftwood chips with Wicker White. Once dry, sand to distress and remove any dust.
  5. Print the downloadable shell art. Place tape over the shell and cut out with craft knife.
  6. Place the shell stencil onto the center of the plywood rectangle and stencil the shell.
  7. Stencil the table number onto the shell. Once dry, sand to distress. Remove dust.
  8. Add lines on the shell with the liner brush using Linen.
  9. Glue the driftwood chips to rectangle.
  10. Glue a driftwood chip to the back of the bottom of rectangle to make stand.
