Using a flat brush, paint the edge of the charger plate with Gold. Let dry and apply a second coat if needed.
Using a flat brush, paint the wooden ghost shape with White. Let dry.
Using a small round brush, add a small amount of black to the ghost to create shadows. Blend white in to make a gray color. See project photo for reference.
Using a small round brush, paint smalll wild flowers on the center of the plate using Bright Red, Jubilee Green, White, Bright Yellow and Pumpkin. Let dry.
Use Mod Podge to glue the ghost shape to the center of the plate.
