Dragonfly Full Spectrum Frame and Vases

Instructions

1.  For picture frame and vases, sponge on 2 coats of Pure Black.
2.  Allow drying time.
3.  Paint on 2-3 coats of Dragonfly Full Spectrum.
4.  Allow drying time.
